During the COVID-19 pandemic, Liron Gal decided to leave her corporate career to pursue her passion of over a decade, and start a boutique chocolate line that pushes the boundaries of traditional chocolate making. Liron trained at the prestigious Ecole Lenôtre in Paris, as well as the Barry Callebaut chocolate academy in Chicago, under world-renowned chocolatiers such as Jean-Pierre Wybauw, Melissa Coppel, and Frederic Hawecker. Following her passion, Liron decided to partner with leaders in chocolate art (such as Luis Amado) to launch ChocAllure, a boutique chocolate shop that she runs out of her home in Needham, MA.
