About Rachel
As a violinist, composer and improviser, Rachel Panitch has been an artist-in-residence in Zion and Acadia National Parks. With Thread Ensemble, Rachel creates participatory works for audience, vibraphone and violins. She was the 2019 recipient of the W.K. Rose Fellowship in the Creative Arts and is part of the Landscape Music Composers Network.
