Taste of Israel: Israeli Chefs, Boston Restaurants
February 24 – March 2, 2019
Presented by: JArts™, Chef Michael Leviton, IAC Boston, The Consulate General of Israel to New England, and Kitchen Kibitz
Taste of Israel, Boston’s first Israeli restaurant week. Enjoy a taste of Israel without the airfare. Boston area Israeli chefs are collaborating with local restaurants to create special additions to their menus for the week. These special items will be featured at the restaurants of both chefs.
Israeli food is so much more than hummus and falafel. The melting pot of diverse cuisines – Moroccan, Yemenite, French, Russian, Iraqi, Ethiopian, and many others – has created the modern Israeli culinary landscape that is so popular today. This week is inspired by a culinary tour of Israel that chefs Michael Leviton and Tony Maws took in 2018. Come get a taste of what they brought back with them!
This event is not ticketed. Special menus will be available at each restaurant throughout the week, order as you wish. Cost is per menu item, and each restaurant sets its own menu pricing. See individual restaurant websites for hours of operation.
